We are not constrained to a particular type of project, or indeed a particular style or aesthetic. Instead each project is approached with an open mind, with different materials used authentically. We work with a range of consultants to bring interesting ideas to life.

We want our clients to understand and be involved in the evolution of their homes, which makes inhabiting the finished space far more uplifting and enjoyable. For this reason we test design possibilities thoroughly during the initial Concept stage. We want you to be confident that the proposed outcome is the ideal solution for your site.

From the initial Concept stage we work in 3D, with the building model becoming increasingly detailed as we step through the project. Twinmotion 3D models can be shared via an online link, allowing us to service clients who are not based locally. We want clients, consultants and the building team alike to understand and work together towards the end goal.

We use Procalc’s Preliminary Opinion of Cost tool during Design stages to assist with value management as early in the process as possible. The involvement of a reputable Builder or Quantity Surveyor would also assist in early cost planning. We live and breathe the stress of budget control with our own homes, so we understand!

Our clients have access to our real-time project board, which makes transparent our time accrued, who’s working on what, etc. We value transparency and accountability from our clients in terms of the work put into each project.

We will do what it takes to get you a great outcome. What we do varies with each project and its unique requirements. Sometimes model-making is a helpful generative or ideation tool; at other times we use a digital workflow, combined with early sketching, which is faster and more efficient.

We love assisting our clients with interiors and selections, and at times even down to furniture design and selection, stained glass design, window furnishing selections, art commissions and the like. The small elements contribute to the greater whole, and we will walk with you through the entire process.
